Moody Beach Maine - The Canonicus

The Canonicus is my summer oceanfront rental property located on Moody Beach (private beach), Wells, Maine. It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. It is strategically located halfway between two of the few public ways on Moody, thus ensuring a private beach experience!

Rental Information

  • Maximum of 6 occupants, including babies and children of all ages
  • No pets of any kind
  • Stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee machine
  • Clothes washer, dryer, and second refrigerator located in the basement
  • TV, telephone, and free high speed Internet/Wifi
  • Weber 3 burner outdoor gas grill
  • Guests are expected to leave the house as clean as they have found it
  • Check out is on Saturday at 10:00 am, check in is at 1:00 pm

If you have an electric vehicle (Tesla, Rivian, etc.) a NEMA 14-50 outdoor outlet is availble for your use!

Rental is available from June until October and is in week blocks, Saturday to Saturday. Please contact me for availability and pricing.
